How Much Birding Did I Accomplish This Weekend?

Zero. Zip. Zilch. It was colder than it had any right to be (hello near-freezing temps) and after a few weekends traveling I was ready to hunker down on the couch with a quilt and the cats to watch some footy (US v. Argentina) and some college hoops. I hear rumblings that there are cedar waxwings and osprey in the ‘hood, and maybe I’ll go searching later this week. For now, I’m going to enjoy the time off.
